Jason Muscavage

Jason Muscavage is a dedicated wellness guide, blending science and spirit to help others unlock their fullest potential. A 520-hour RYT trained in Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yoga Nidra, Jason brings nearly a decade of experience teaching transformative yoga practices across the tri-state area. He is also an Advanced Level II Wim Hof Method Instructor, certified FIREwalking instructor, and Animal Flow practitioner, uniquely combining breath, movement, and mindset to awaken the body’s innate intelligence.

For over 16 years, Jason served in supply chain management for the Department of Defense, balancing a high-pressure professional environment with his own journey toward physical and emotional resilience. His personal exploration of the Wim Hof Method led to profound shifts in his health, anxiety, and spiritual alignment — revealing a powerful path of self-regulation, healing, and conscious embodiment.

Jason’s mission is to share tools that empower people to connect more deeply with themselves — to breathe fully, move freely, and live consciously. His workshops, held 2–8 times monthly throughout PA, NJ, NY, and DE, offer immersive experiences in breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training. These practices support the immune system, reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and build inner strength and clarity.  

Jason has led Ignite Retreats across the U.S., Ireland, and Iceland, and has had the honor of working side-by-side with Wim Hof during retreats in Spain and Poland — continuing to deepen his own practice while holding space for profound transformation in others.

Peter Reyes

Peter Eduardo Reyes is a devoted guide in the sacred arts of healing, breathwork, psychedelics, and spiritual embodiment. An Advanced Level II Wim Hof Method Instructor and a 420-hour certified yoga teacher trained in both Kundalini and Vinyasa lineages, Peter has been facilitating transformative experiences since 2018. He also holds certifications from the Breath Master program and the Golden Rule Psychedelic Mentorship, integrating ancient wisdom with grounded, modern approaches to personal evolution.

Rooted in a deep sense of integrity, humility, and service, Peter offers a space where individuals feel safe, seen, and empowered to awaken their inner healer. Known for his clear communication and presence, he has a unique ability to translate complex energetic and spiritual concepts into practical, embodied insight. His clients describe him as deeply grounded, trustworthy, and compassionate — a steady presence who guides with both gentleness and strength.

Peter’s work is not about fixing — it’s about remembering. Through breath, movement, ceremony, and presence, he supports others in reclaiming the wholeness that has always been within them. His journey has led him to lead retreats and experiences across the U.S., Poland, Iceland, Ireland, and Spain, each one a sacred container for inner transformation.
