Our Practice

The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual’s mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. During movement exercise such as yoga, blood flow increases to the muscles bringing oxygen and essential nutrients to the active tissues. Over time, with regular stretching, the muscles become more flexible. Extensible muscles are far less susceptible to damage in the future, and put less strain on the body’s joints.  Focus on breath slows the mind and allows time to destress and recenter your thoughts.
