Jason Muscavage

Jason is a 200hr RYT, Wim Hof Method Instructor and has worked in logistics for the Department of Defense for over the past 10 years.  He has been teaching yoga for the past 3 years at Corepower and Mindovermatter yoga studios.  Instructing students through power vinyasa, hot power fusion, and sculpting classes.  He is Animal Flow certified and prioritizes movement training in his workouts to promote full mobility and strength.  Jason has found a deeper connection with his mind and body through the Wim Hof Method as a way to stay healthy and control anxiety.  He is excited to share how the benefits of a strong breath practice and cold exposure, combine with a focused mindset help to improve immunity, decrease inflammation, strengthen circulatory system well as increase energy and focus!  He plans to conduct workshops 2-4 times a month in the PA and NJ areas to share the benefits of this method! Come join and discover your ability to voluntarily activate your autonomic nervous system, actively influence your immune response and consciously control your response to stress and pain. Peter Reyes

Peter is a 200hr RYT and level 1 Wim Hof Method instructor.  

When I first discovered the WHM, like many others, I was looking for something; a spark, an idea, or image to follow. I had no idea of the profound ripple effects it would have on my life. Without any prior practice, I found myself in Przesieka, Poland amongst a tribe of soul searchers from different corners of the globe. For varying reasons, everyone there was looking to ignite something within them. Our instructor believed in the power we all had buried inside of us. With his guidance, we all dove head first into the lesson’s nature could teach us. On the first day, we came face to face with ourselves in the harsh Polish winter. Within days I found myself trudging through the snow in my shorts determined to reach the top of Mount Sniezka. I realized we all have deep, untapped potential waiting to be unleashed! Since that trip, my cup has been full of energy and determination. I’ve since used the method to enhance the mind, body, and spiritual connection. In turn, that energy has begun to expand outward to the many corners of my life. The need to spread that energy, that tribal mentality, that human unleashed, that fire has led me to teach the method as a solution to trauma, disease, and the modern human condition. WHM can be a gateway to deeper practices. Whether the entry point is yoga, WHM, body sculpting, or meditation we can all untap a deeper practice the body yearns for. I’ve seen how this method has had a profound effect on people from all walks of life and believe it’s my responsibility to share what I’ve learned.
